The VantaFold Carbon folds into a compact shape for car transport, home storage and everyday travel. Removing the two batteries reduces the published lifting weight to 13.6kg.

Battery and charging
- Two removable 24V 7.8Ah lithium batteries are included.
- Each battery weighs approximately 1.36kg.
- The two batteries provide a maximum combined range of up to 22km, or approximately 13.75 miles, in suitable conditions.
- A compatible charger with 24V 2A output is included.
- A full charge takes approximately 8–10 hours; never charge for longer than 24 hours.
- If the wheelchair is not being used, charge the batteries at least once each month.
- Always follow the charging, storage and battery-care instructions supplied in the user manual.
Actual range depends on terrain, gradients, user weight, temperature, driving conditions and battery condition. The user manual recommends charging between 10°C and 50°C. Check transport-provider requirements before travelling with either lithium battery.
