1. Orders & Acceptance
   Your order is accepted once we confirm dispatch. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders in cases such as pricing errors or stock issues.

2. Prices 
   All prices are shown in GBP (£).
   

3. Payment
   Payment is taken securely at checkout via trusted payment providers. We do not store card details.

4. Delivery
   

   We offer free delivery across mainland UK.
   
   Deliveries to non-mainland areas may incur an additional charge. If applicable, we will contact you before dispatch.

   Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier services. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

5. Returns & Cancellations
   You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days under UK consumer law. We extend our return policy to 30 days for unused items. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Warranty
   Products include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover misuse or normal wear and tear.

7. Liability
   We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products. Nothing in these terms excludes your statutory rights or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Governing Law
   These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
