Customer

The customer is the person placing an order through our website.

Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging that we have received your order.

A contract between you and Newbi Move is formed once your order has been accepted and dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues or stock availability. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will provide a full refund.

Prices

All prices displayed on our website are shown in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP).

The price displayed on the product page is the price payable for the product. Any available delivery method and delivery charge will be shown clearly at checkout before payment is made.

Payment

Payment is securely processed at checkout using trusted payment providers.

We do not store your payment card details.

Delivery

We offer free delivery to mainland UK on eligible products.

Orders placed before 12:00 midday, Monday to Friday, are normally processed and dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after midday, during weekends or on public holidays are normally processed and dispatched on the next working day.

We offer Express Delivery, with most orders arriving within 1–3 working days. Delivery estimates may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

For non-mainland UK addresses, including certain islands, Highlands and remote areas, a delivery surcharge may apply. Any available delivery method and delivery cost will be shown at checkout before payment is made.

We currently do not deliver to the Republic of Ireland or other international destinations.

Returns & Cancellations

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your order.

In addition, Newbi Move offers a 30-day return policy. Customers may carefully inspect and test products as they would in a showroom, including a brief indoor test where appropriate.

For non-faulty returns, the customer is responsible for the direct return cost. For mobility scooters and other large items, Newbi Move can arrange collection for a cost of up to £40.

Warranty

All products include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Your purchase is made with Newbi Move, and we remain your first point of contact if you require assistance.

Where appropriate, warranty assessments, replacement parts or repairs may be handled with support from the relevant UK supplier or manufacturer support team to help provide the quickest possible resolution.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modifications or normal wear and tear. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any rights you have under UK consumer law.

Nothing excludes or limits our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Any liability that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales

Subject to the above, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
