The customer is the person placing an order through our website.
Orders & Acceptance
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging that we have received your order.
A contract between you and Newbi Move is formed once your order has been accepted and dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including but not limited to pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues or stock availability.
Prices
All prices displayed on our website are shown in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP).
Prices include any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment
Payment is securely processed at checkout using trusted payment providers.
We do not store your payment card details.
Delivery
We offer free UK mainland delivery on all eligible products.
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days, with delivery typically taking 2–5 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier services and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Deliveries to certain remote or non-mainland UK locations may incur an additional delivery charge. If this applies, we will contact you before dispatch so you can decide whether you wish to proceed.
Returns & Cancellations
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your order.
In addition, Newbi Move offers an extended 30-day return policy for eligible unused items.

Warranty
All products include a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Your purchase is made with Newbi Move, and we remain your first point of contact if you require assistance.
Where appropriate, warranty assessments, replacement parts or repairs may be carried out with support from the manufacturer's UK technical team to ensure the quickest possible resolution.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modifications or normal wear and tear.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any rights you have under UK consumer law.
Nothing excludes or limits our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any liability that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales
Subject to the above, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
