We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@newbimove.co.uk with your order number.
We will review your request and provide return instructions.

Return Costs
• For non-faulty items, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Due to the size of mobility products, this may typically be around £40.
• If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, we will cover all return costs.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Deductions
If a returned item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary for inspection, a deduction may be made to reflect any loss in value.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
• Custom-built or personalised items
• Hygiene-sensitive items once opened
• Batteries that have been used or activated

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.
