Handle setup and walking position
- Insert both handles fully and set them to the same comfortable height before tightening the supplied star knobs.
- Position each star knob so it faces outwards, as shown in the supplied assembly instructions.
- A suitable handle height should encourage an upright posture with a slight bend at the elbows.
- Keep the rollator close to your body and walk within the frame rather than stretching forward behind it.
- Make sure the seat clips, backrest locking buttons, handle fixings and folding mechanism are securely fitted.
- Test both service brakes and parking locks before every journey.

Folding, transport and safe use
The EverydayStride arrives partially assembled. The supplied instructions estimate approximately 5–10 minutes for fitting the padded seat, handles and backrest using the included tools and fixings.
- Before use, make sure the frame is fully unfolded and securely locked into position.
- Check that the brakes, padded seat and backrest are correctly installed and secure.
- Pull the brake levers upwards to slow or stop; push them down to engage the parking locks.
- Apply both parking brakes and use the seat only on firm, level ground.
- Never sit while the rollator is moving and never use it to transport another person.
- Take extra care around kerbs, thresholds, slopes and changes in surface; do not use on stairs or escalators.
- Remove belongings from the storage bag before folding, lifting or placing the rollator in a vehicle.
- Keep fingers, clothing and loose items clear of folding joints and brake cables.
- Clean with a soft damp cloth, avoid abrasive or caustic cleaners and store in a cool, dry place.
